• This was a two-phase construction project of a 34-acre site into a 84-unit condominium development.
• Preliminary plans were developed to give to the zoning board, planning commission and the township board to obtain a variance for the planned unit development (PUD).
• In addition, to the standard construction documents, sketches were provided with the unit description including rooms, square footage, etc. Drawings for a billboard and a complete site rendering with snap shot views for advertising and realtor’s website were also completed.

Lake Michigan Townhomes and Cottages at Diamond Point, New Buffalo, MI

Assisted the owner in the abandonment of several streets and represented the owner to the City Planning Commission and Zoning Board.

• The project is a condominium community that includes four townhouse buildings containing 44, three-bedroom, three- story townhomes; 17 two- and three-bedroom cottages of four separate designs; and a community center with a lounge, recreational pool & spa.
